CEO Outlook 2025

2024 was a significant year for Finn Lamex in terms of results. Our turnover increased by approximately 8% compared to the previous year and we achieved the targets we had set ourselves. Demand for our products remains strong, which strengthens our confidence in the future.

One of the most significant developments during the year was the installation of the new Glaston ScreenMax bending furnace, which will allow us to further increase our manufacturing capacity. At the end of the year, we also started work on expanding our production facilities to ensure we have sufficient resources for future growth.

Another key development was the introduction of a new ERP system, which we expect to bring significant improvements in both productivity and customer service experience. The new system will bring efficiencies throughout our supply chain, which will help us to serve our customers better.

One of the biggest challenges for 2024 was the adequacy of our production capacity. To address this, we have also invested in our people - recruiting more talent and increasing production shifts to ensure better delivery reliability and customer satisfaction.

Building on 2024’s success for an even more promising 2025

With our sights already firmly set on the year ahead, we are again setting our goals high; our turnover target has been increased by 10% and we believe that our growing production capacity will enable us to meet our customers' needs.

We will also focus on strengthening customer relations at Busworld in Brussels in October 2025 to meet our customers and partners.This key industry event provides us with an excellent opportunity to discuss future collaborations, and gain valuable insights into the evolving needs of the market. We look forward to reconnecting with familiar faces and building new partnerships.
