8) TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EU OR EEA

We use Mailchimp to deliver newsletters to customers and website visitors that have opted into our mailing list. Mailchimp and its servers are based in the United States, and they also use third-party vendors whose servers may be located outside the EU or EEA. This means that your data, such as your contact email, may be stored or transferred outside of Europe.

Mailchimp does not sell, rent or trade user data, and utilizes encryption, access control, and vendor agreements to protect any data transferred outside of Europe.

Data is kept technically secure. We restrict access to personal data, and we only provide the data to the Finn Lamex employees, contractual partners and other representatives who need it in order to process it on our behalf. These persons are bound by a confidentiality obligation.

10) RIGHT OF INSPECTION

Data subjects are entitled to inspect their own data which is stored in our register. Inspection requests can be sent to office@finnlamex.com.

11) RIGHT TO DEMAND RECTIFICATION

Users are entitled to demand that incorrect data stored in the register is rectified or that all of the data about the user is erased (the right to be forgotten). At the user’s request, we will rectify, erase or supplement any incorrect, unnecessary, incomplete or outdated personal data. Requests to rectify or erase data can be sent to office@finnlamex.com.
