Finn Lamex acquired by Beijer Tech

Beijer Alma’s subsidiary, Beijer Tech, acquired the majority of shares in Finn Lamex Safety Glass Oy today, 08.06.23. The current minority owners will remain as operating minority owners following the transaction.
Our operations will continue normally, and no changes are in sight in the near future. The new majority shareholder will give us a strong financial backing to further improve our operations and customer service.
